We have one very urgent position in one of the LEADING BFSI BRAND --
POSITION : Program Manager - Wellness segment
LOCATION : Mumbai
OFFERED CTC : 8lac to 12Lac; depending upon education background, interview status.
Job Responsibilities :
Accountability Supporting Actions :
- Lead product development process for new products or related initiatives for Wellness 1. Understand the needs of the customer through external & internal research and industry contacts for Wellness.
- Ensure that the products are competitive and support the company's overall strategy/goals, and are in compliance with regulatory norms
- Suggest/recommend new product features/modifications /enhancements/ gaps.
- Collaborate with other functions & departments to Price the product & to finalize the new product design.
- Test Product Design Concept with key distributors
Project Management :
- Review the progress of implementation and report delays, if any to leadership
- Ensure that all activities related to the completion of pricing, preparation of the sales literature and contract, application form, etc are completed within specified timelines so that there are no delays in the process of new product development.
- Defining SOP for the company for product related features/new initiatives
- Ensure adherence to risk and audit guidelines
- Responsible for Product Communication (all material communicating / illustrating the product to employees, distributors and customers.
- Responsible for the product communication by creating customer centric documents.
- Specifications for setting up the products all systems
- Product brochure/ manuals for the benefit of operations for complex products
- Training material for the employees
- Drive how the product will be positioned in the market to enhance sales
- Partner with distributors in developing need based communication to enhance sales/productivity
- Monitor product life cycle to provide competition analysis based product collaterals to Sales
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for the launch events, road shows and handling other activities related to the launch.
- Market Research / Intelligence 1. Conduct market research of domestic and international products to drive a robust product development process
- Identify trends in sales practices, distributor compensation to direct the product design process
REQUIREMENTS :
- Relevant profiles into program management / product development / product communication into the wellness segment, Gym, fitness centres, Skincare segment, Personal Care segment, Nutrition clinics, Salon & Spa segment, Health clinics, Hair treatment / Cosmetic surgery etc.
