Program Manager - Product Development & Integration

The Company :

Telematics division of reputed Auto component manufacturer with a vision to be the preferred partner in the telematics / IoT space.

Purpose of the Role :

The position if responsible for planning and managing end to end product development activities across projects so as to maintain the optimum operational efficiency and on time completion / delivery of projects.

Indicative Deliverables :

- Drive and manage Program/project management function as per customer requirements, delivery schedule and performance sustainability.

- Coordinate between hardware, firmware, testing & validation, Supply Chain and other functions for efficient and timely delivery of programs

- Plan and develop daily planning sheet to prioritize activities to achieve delivery timelines

- Review the delivery process periodically for continuous improvements and update the progress to all stakeholders

- Maintain relevant MIS and other reports

- Risk identification and ensuring proper implementation of mitigation plans

- Track inventory, resource availability etc to ensure timely product delivery

- Identify bottlenecks and ensure proper utilization of all resources

Education Qualifications:

- BE (Electrical / Electronics / Communication /Information technology ) with PMP certification (Mandatory)

Experience:

- Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience

- Experience of working in Telematics / IOT sector

- Process awareness : CMMI 3 or Auto Spice

- Familiarity with requirement management tools, configuration management tools
