As a Program Manager for Process Establishment within our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and efficiency by establishing and optimizing various processes across different functional areas. Your responsibilities will revolve around understanding the company's objectives, identifying process gaps, designing new processes, and implementing best practices to enhance overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes across different departments within the NBFC to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop a strategic roadmap for process establishment aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Process Design and Documentation: Lead the design and documentation of new processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders including department heads, team leaders, and frontline staff to gather insights, address concerns, and ensure buy-in for process improvement initiatives.

- Change Management: Drive organizational change by effectively communicating the rationale behind process changes, providing training and support to employees, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Performance Measurement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of newly implemented processes and track progress towards operational targets.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with process changes and implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all established processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards governing the NBFC sector.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration of processes and drive synergy across different business functions.

- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor process performance, gather feedback from stakeholders, and proactively identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (7 years) in process improvement, project management, or related roles within the financial services industry, preferably in an NBFC or banking environment.
