This compared to the large conglomerates (Airtel, BSNL/MTNL) or well-funded platers (ACT Fibernet, YouBroadband from Vodafone) or publicly listed (Hathaway) or players with long history (Spectranet, DEN, Tikona) is an amazing success story of Excitel. Excitel has been steadily growing its subscriber base largely due to their powerful technology and strong word-of-mouth from users. This year we have 20 cities in our portfolio and envisage to expand to 50 cities by 2022.

While Excitel's initial industry-first plans & industry-best delivery gave it an exponential growth in these years, competition has now copied the promises, if not the delivery, thus confusing the consumers. Profile: Program Manager - Partner Success Team (Head office)

- Someone strong in ideating, implementing and running functional programs on the ground.

Reporting to: AVP, Partner Success Team (PST)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Implementing the functional process/policies/SOPs in different circles in collaboration with the circle PST heads. Training/Induction of new and existing PST Managers on process/policy/SOPs and functional competencies. Identifying gaps in existing ground SOPs and refining them towards excellence.

- Running a monthly performance management of the managers in the PST.

- Piloting special projects and then implementing them on full scale.

- Identifying major red flagged cases and resolving them in collaboration with PST circle heads.

- Creating new programs/SOPs for PST managers to fulfill the functional objectives.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Successful implementation of new projects -pilot and scale up 100% Process/policy/SOP adherence in all circles
