Program Manager- Partner development
Role Description :
This role is required to own partner retention/engagement programs through collaboration with various functions. Few highlights on role:
- Responsible for supply growth across all business models in all cities based on revenue target
- Build channel models across the country to ensure the supply growth
- Drive technology initiatives to improve end-to-end partner experience and customer experience .
- Identify opportunities to develop and drive solutions to enable automated tools and applications for self-service enabling better customer service and partner ef- ciency
- Analyze the funnel and help improve partner retention and engagement by taking various initiatives helping them perform better.
- Decide on partner payouts and incentives to ensure optimum business outcome
- Coordinate with On-boarding, Training, business functions to ensure right decisions are taken by the functions impacting the business
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
- Strengthen the partner community by making active connections, organizing regular meetups, events etc.
- Run campaigns/contests to engage partners and improve retention
- Program managing end to end operational process, ensuring cost optimization and maximum ef- ciency.
- Work on branding/marketing the program to make it the most desirable place to work.
- Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage partner expectations.
Required Skills :
- Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills (intermediate to advanced pro- ciency)
- SQL (Good to have)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills with ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables
- Business and - nancial acumen.
- Team player who effectively integrates, motivates and builds relationships with cross-functional team members, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals involved with or affected by the program.
