About PFEL/KEF :
- Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF) is a leadership development organization which enables education leaders to improve student learning outcome at scale. Founded in 2008, KEF currently works in 13 states to build the leadership skills of government Education officials at block, district and state level.
- KEF envisions making a disproportionate change in the quality of primary education by creating and replicating sustainable programs for grooming education leaders in the government educational system. PFEL/KEF's mission is to steer transformation of government schools in India into high performing environments for children by developing principals of these schools into empathetic, pro-active and skilled practitioners.
- Since its inception, PFEL/KEF has partnered with many Government, private and educational institutions to impact more than 1500 schools (directly) in the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana, Uttarakhand and 500000+ schools (indirectly) in the states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.
Role Overview :
The Program Manager - Organizational Development (OD) will report to the Director, Centre of Excellence for OD. The role will design and execute a series of organizational development interventions in areas of talent management, organization architecture, culture transformation, change management, HR function effectiveness and rewards. The role will partner closely with State Leaders for the State Transformation Program (STP), Government stakeholders and other functions within the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Design transformation strategies and OD interventions
- Manage stakeholders & change
- Implement OD interventions
Required Skills :
- Deep and practical understanding of domain areas such as HR strategy, HR function effectiveness, talent assessment, career paths, organization design, learning strategies, performance management, rewards, culture, HR technology, change management
- Ability to lead and nurture program teams
- Strong transformation management and program management experience
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and knowledge
- Ability to co-create; strong listening skills
Desired Experience :
- 8 to 12 years+ experience in client management, business development and large program delivery in HR consulting or internal consulting roles in large diversified conglomerates with significant growth agenda
- Significant experience as HR generalist delivering services across different lines of HR services in growth scenarios
- Significant experience in managing and advising government clients with large-scale transformation
- Execution experience is essential
