Program Manager - Operations - Fulfillment & Merchant - IIT/IIM/BITS/FMS/XLRI

Hiring for the role of Program Manager - Operations, Fulfillment & Merchant Experience for a fast-growing B2B platform based out in Bangalore.

Experience required is 2-6 years and from graduated from Tier 1 colleges like IIT/IIM/BITS/FMS/XLRI, etc.

Position Overview:

We're looking to hire strong problem solvers and project leaders to join us in our journey as we embark on our next phase of growth. The role is to identify problem statements specific to the function, design solutions and drive end-to-end execution.

The following are only a few function-specific problems:

Key Responsibilities:

- Reduce RTOs and other operational inefficiencies

- Design merchant facing products to solve frauds & overcharging

- Work with logistics companies, design their performance improvement plans

- Re-designing teams and processes as we scale

- Report to the head of the function

- Work with a 30+ member Ops team + 2 team leads to drive projects

Ideal Background:

- 2 years of experience in solving problems

- Has driven execution of projects in the past

- Has worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams
