Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the PMO for one or more lines of business or multiple initiatives
- Coordinate with other members of the CEO office as CEO leads multiple organisations and initiatives and manage strategic priorities
- Strategic Executive Assistance to CEO
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in program management - Ideally from Business Consulting or Sales Operations background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to evangalise contemporary tools for collaboration and productivity - like Trello/Dropbox/Slack/Gridle etc
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to drive remote teams to collaborate and remain productive
- Agile, Nimble, Hardworking, excellent communicator, self driven, always in a mission mode
