Program Manager - .Net - Product Based Firm

We have an opportunity for Program Manager - .Net with one of our product based organization for Bangalore location.

Role: Program Manager

Responsibilities:

- Program management expertise and support for execution of multiple cross-functional projects (client projects, product development, technology or operational programs)

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify scope and create detailed plans for end-to-end implementation

- Responsible for tracking schedule and deliverables to ensure delivery on time with high quality

- Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies and work with relevant teams to address them

- Manage resource plans across projects and optimize allocations to meet the demands

- Drive project results by facilitating team interaction and effective collaboration across groups

- Operationalize standard processes and tools to ensure delivery excellence across client projects

- Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to enable continuous learning and improvement

- Diagnose project hotspots and propose workable solutions to stakeholders and senior management

- Develop a deep understanding of project needs and guide/motivate the team to accomplish goals

- Own and manage status reporting, dashhboards and executive reviews

- Contribute to establishing program management practices, standards and metrics

- Plan, monitor and track project budget and financial metrics

Skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise projects and deliverables that involve cross-functional and cross-organizational teams

- Effective communicator with ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders throughout the organization

- Solutions oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing solutions for project challenges

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a strong bias for action

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience using data to guide analysis

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project

- Good understanding of SDLC, agile development or product management methodologies

- Product-based IT company experience preferred

- MBA and BFSI domain exposure desirable
