In this role, you will Understand customer needs, propose solutions, Lead product launches, Enhance existing offerings, and Track & Improve business KPIs. You will serve as the Knowledge hub for our business & field team and foster cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the VP-Product, you'll play a key part in shaping our products to meet the unique needs of the Informal Prime segment. Please note : The applicant must be fluent in Kannada. Key Responsibilities : - Understanding Customer Needs & Proposing Solutions: You will analyse customer needs and challenges to formulate product development strategies, ensuring our offerings are in line with customers' needs. - New Product/Process Rollouts: Lead the launch of new products and processes, ensuring effective adaptation and smooth rollout. Conduct Trainings & handholding for effective implementations of new initiatives. - Knowledge Center for Business and Field Team: Serve as the go-to expert for the business and field teams, providing valuable insights about product, credit policies, process understanding & exception handling. - Enhancing Existing Products and Processes: Continuously improve our existing product portfolio and onfield processes through hands-on field experience and gathering ground insights. - Tracking and Improving Business KPIs: Prepare important MISs and track performance of important business parameters. Derive actionable insights from the data for effective decision-making. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including Business, Credit, Operations, Marketing & Technology. Qualifications : - MBA (Preferred) + B.Tech - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in product rollouts and on-field execution in the financial services sector, with a preference for lending product experience. - Proficiency in Kannada and English, both verbal and written, is mandatory. - Good Skills in MS Office applications - Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with internal teams and Customers. - Willingness to work on the field, with 70% of the role involving regular branch and field visits, as well as meetings with field staff and customers.
