We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee our Mental Health Program. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, program development and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of mental health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services, program development, and project management. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field. - Proven experience in program management, particularly in the mental health sector. - 9 to 12 Years of experience working in Mental health projects - Prior experience in running a community or grassroots mental health program is a must - Strong knowledge of mental health services, interventions, and best practices. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight. - Understanding of cultural competence and the ability to work with diverse populations. - Certification or licensure in a mental health-related field is a plus.
