URGENT REQUIREMENT - Looking for someone who can join within a month Role: Program Manager for a manufacturing business Project: Green Field Project (New Plant set up) Location: Halol, Gujarat Education: B.Tech / B.E (Full time) - Mandatory Experience: 19+ years. Reporting to: Director - Must have good exposure in setting up the Green Field project. (Mandatory) - To Program manage the entire project from conceptualization to execution and operationalize it. - To coordinate with off-site design and procurement teams spread over multiple locations during the early engineering phase. - To Provide constructibility input and guidance to engineering teams based on experience with construction and execution planning including interfacing with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Controls disciplines. - Managing contract, commercial, and risk profile and reporting all financial aspects of the project including budgets, costs, invoicing, forecasting, and receivable collection while promoting change orders and providing estimate-at-completion forecasts. - Review, analyze and report progress, performance, initiatives, and issues to senior management. - Ensure Quality Plan and requirements are in place and followed and work is completed safely, on schedule, and on budget. Actively participate in Key Risk Assessments, Construction Readiness. People from Building Construction, Housing Projects, etc. are not eligible.
