Program Manager - Logistics Operations - eCommerce

- Completely own and lead new Project/Program initiatives

- Design systems and SOPs around new initiatives; pilot and Implementation with continuous KPI Tracking and ROI of the initiatives.

- Understands work flows for the seller, CRM's, OMS (order management system),

Ticketing Systems and improvise/redesign.

- Create Seller excellence metrics to measure/track and continuously monitor KPIs.

- Use excel / spreadsheets with heavy data for micro level analysis to find defects / inefficiencies / risks basis deep knowledge of Supply Chain business

- Interact with Vendor's Operations, Technology Teams, Key Account Management and Internal Stakeholders of Business/Sales, Line Managers with harmony and aggressive follow up.
