Primary Duty & Responsibilities :
- Operational/ Process KRAs: Evaluate, develop & manage end to end delivery excellence programs while ensuring quality, productivity & budget objectives.
- Liaise with external clients and ML stakeholders for improving lane wise performance and to ensure smooth last mile operations.
- Work cross-functionally with different teams within & outside SCM in ideating & defining processes and systems.
- Proactively resolving client escalations within a stipulated timelines.
- Monitoring pending deliveries, pickups and calling out risks.
- Ensure adherence to SOP.
- Ensure reports are shared on time.
- Complete administrative functions such as maintaining timeliness, accuracy of information shared Analyze, suggest, develop, implement and evaluate data and generate reports identifying weekly and monthly trends.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools like SQL (R language would a plus).

Qualifications:
- BE/ MBA from Institute of repute with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Highly skilled in program managing with multiple stakeholders across the functions.
- Team Management experience in Logistics and operations.
- Exposure & Comfort in fast pace with data driven detail orientation.
- Ready for new problem solving and challenging work projects.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision.
- Strong communication, organizational, motivational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours if necessary.
- Ability to analyze operational matrices and create Plan of Action with measurable changes within timelines.
- Capable of identifying gaps and executing initiatives.
