Program Manager - Life Sciences/Pharma

We are looking for a Program Manager,responsible to manage schedules, estimations, status reporting, quality and timely delivery of client deliverables, along with working with a team of project managers or independently. The candidate will be responsible to handle big teams, multiple deliveries and drive them towards excellence. In addition, he/she should be able to manage a relationship with onsite team and customers.

Primary Skills:

- Offshore Delivery Management & Team Management.

- Program Management/ Project Management, Managing schedules, estimations, status reporting.

- Experience in Pharma sales and marketing or engagement with Pharma clients in the past will be a plus.

- Experience in technical design, data modeling and architecture for developing client facing enterprise solutions.

- Knowledge of system architecture and web technology including web servers / applications.

Secondary Skills:

- Experience in Pharma commercial data i.e. HMS, WK, Sales Force and Reporting.

- Experience in working closely with technical teams, onsite/offshore work experience and customers.

- Providing pre-sales support.

- Experience in Database design and Normalization using SQL.

- Experience on design and development of complex multi-tier application development.

- Experience of working in US.
