Program Manager - Learning & Development - Titan

Responsibilities

- Evaluate options & identify appropriate platform given our current HRIS systems

- Conceptualize architecture and workflows for the online Titan University

- Program manage and partner with the IT/HRIT/external partners to deploy online university

- Manage change with stakeholders to influence adoption of the Online Titan University

- Evangelize & train stakeholders for adopting the online university

- Work with stakeholder across the L&D team & Business to create solutions for different schools within the university

- Build processes & systems for smooth functioning of the online university

- Partner with the IT team for technical upgrades/developments on the Online University

- Identify emerging trends in learning and build cutting-edge solutions

- Manage 2-3 schools within the University
