PROGRAM MANAGER/LEADER - ORACLE EBUSINESS SUITE (EBS) with Nasdaq Listed USA based MNC (FORTUNE 50

Job profile:

- The selected candidate will manage the IT vertical of Oracle eBusinessSuite.

The current Oracle eBusinessSuiteSystems has the following landscape:

Financials : GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Property Manager, iExpense

SCM : Purchasing Inventory, iProcurement

Others : Project Costing, Project Billing, Core HRMS,Self-Service HR, Oracle Time & Labor

- Apart from standard Oracle Applications, custom solutions have been developed in all areas, primarily in Billing and Financials

Skills:

- Strong Experience in Oracle Applications R12/11i and integrated applications

- Demonstrated experience in managing outsourced IT operations environment

- Good understanding of end to end IT Applications landscape in telecom or Infrastructure domain and appreciation of interplay between these

- Should have managed and designed system solutions meeting customer requirements.

- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills (e.g., Using Sound Judgment, Problem Solving)

- Time Management and Project Management Skills (e.g., Managing Own Time, Planning and Organizing)

- Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and vendor management skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Education and experience:

- Degree holder in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E)/MBA/MCA/CA or equivalent.

- Should have experience of managing at least 3-4 implementations of Oracle Applications.

- Prior experience in Finance and Accounting environment is a strong plus .Functional Experience in Oracle Financial/SCM modules will be a big advantage.

- Experience of leading a group of IT professionals.

- Experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile preferred

- Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications.

- Experience in Tower industry, Operations, Leasing or Real Estate preferred

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a team of Oracle EBS functional and technical employees and contractors and deliver Oracle EBS projects and production support for global regions

- Provide Functional and Technical guidance and direction as it relates to Oracle eBusinessSuite R12/11i and
Collaborate with Corporate and Regional IT management to continuously improve the process of delivering IT projects and production support

- Partner with ePMOand regional Project Managers to review project plans and allocate offshore resources

- Work closely with the Oracle EBS global production support team to resolve production support issues

- Work closely with onsite technical leads to design, develop, test and implement custom solutions and extensions

- Track and log all issues to the satisfactory closure of the stakeholders.

- Define Service Levels Agreement(SLA) and monitor performance against the agreement

- Manage relationship with vendor responsible for outsourced IT.
