Job Title : Program Manager and Lead, Service Ops Transformation
Reports to : Head Service Ops, Centre of Excellence (CoE)
Location : Mumbai HO
Position : Asst. Manager (M1)
Team Size : Individual Contributor
Your role and responsibilities :
1. Program manage and own end to end delivery of service transformation projects
2. Understand service business priorities, analyse current service network, identify gaps in current network, prepare the service network strategy along with the project management plan
3. Liaise with field service teams to make them understand the companys service strategy, ensure their buy-in, jointly prepare the project execution plan along with targets and timelines
4. Prepare weekly project review tracker and share updates for the visibility of senior leadership highlight bottlenecks and get cross-functional team alignment to resolve these
5. Work closely with regional teams as an enabler for them to achieve business targets both in terms of service quality and revenue
What are we looking for:
1. Dynamic folks with 3-6 years of experience in program management preferably in service industry /
operations (manufacturing / supply chain)
2. People who are eager and willing to go above and beyond to deliver results
3. Someone who is comfortable leading CFTs (field service, HR, IT, finance) to deliver results
4. Min. Bachelors degree Mechanical / Production / Civil engineering preferred. Masters degree is not
mandatory
