Program Manager - Last Mile Operations - Operations Team - IIT/IIM

Supply Chain is the backbone of commerce happening on B2B Trade Platform. This is the team that creates the logistics capability for sellers and buyers to conduct cross-country trade. This B2B Trade Platform will provide consistent, cost effective and transparent logistic solutions to users.

In this role you will be responsible to implement hub and spoke network cross country. You would be responsible for deciding the hub location, designing hub layout, deciding sort strategies and designing the network dispatch and transit timings. Critical objectives for you would be to reduce network cost, decrease transit time and scale the network infrastructure.

What you will do

- Operation Execution: Manage hub and last mile operation on a day to day basis ensuring that the KPI's are achieved. Analyse route network to reduces the lead time and be economically advantageous. Achieve continuous improvement in productivity, cost and delivery time through product and process efficiencies.

- Analytics: Utilize order fulfillment data to understand customer expectations and Logistics performance. Identify areas of improvement and new solutions to deliver consistent and cost effective logistics services

- Develop and Optimize Processes: Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps with progressive timelines for completion.

- Product Improvement: Work closely with our engineering & business teams to automate processes develop new features which could assist in intelligently scaling the business
