Program Manager - IT/Telecom

- Need a strong/senior program manager (quasi-technical) for a leading player in wireless networking domain ·

- Key customer program management worldwide·

- Engineering Partner management (e.g. relationships with various HW and SW vendors/ partners) to meet customer solutions requirements

- Managing and maintaining monthly key strategic program dashboards·

- Driving and conducting formal quarterly engineering operations reviews·

- Driving status review meeting and material with key strategic customer accounts·

- Farming existing customer accounts for new business opportunities

- Person has to be a very good stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills (including Excel and powerpoint skills) and excellent in customer interaction. ·

- Emphasis is high on softskills, drive, passion, ability to work with people than on any specific technical skill. Of course, person should be able to have intelligent technical conversation at a high level (business oriented)

- Prior experience as a program manager is must in a multi-national company·

- Experience with and in-depth knowledge of one or more wireless network standards and products such as LTE, WCDMA /HSPA etc.·

- Education: BS/MS in EE, ECE, CS·
