- Strong in C/ C++ language, Data Structure, Linux – depth in shared memory, Synchonization, queues, semaphore++

- Knowledge of securities market/ Capital Markets is critical

- Strong Program Management and team building skill

- Should have exposure working in a IT services company and should have worked for domestic clients in BFS domain
