About the role:

As Program Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of business-critical projects in collaboration with the respective project leads. You will also work closely with the leadership team while owning and delivering strategic business projects.

Location: New Delhi (Work from Home - at the moment this is optional as per company policy)

What You'll Do:

As a Program Manager, you will

- Own, manage and deliver strategic business projects while working with the leadership team and key stakeholders

- Collaborate with global business partners to identify, plan and execute business-critical projects

- Develop detailed project plans

- Monitor and track project progress against the plan

- Update key stakeholders on the status, risk, and progress of the project

- Manage an expansive portfolio of projects across business vertices including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Business Development, Account Management, etc.

- Deep dive and analyze business KPIs and processes to identify opportunities for optimization

- Design and implement end-to-end process improvement initiatives

- Establish process management and governance

We'd love for you to have Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent with MBA from a premier institute

Required Skills :

- 3+ years experience in a program management role - delivering large scale cross-functional projects

- 2+ years of experience in business process management

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Knowledge of Advanced Excel is a plus

- Knowledge of Atlassian suite & Tableau is a plus

Preferred Qualification:

- Experience in lean/six sigma/ continuous improvement methodologies

- Experience with e-com/retail

- Familiarity with Project Management tools
