POSITION SUMMARY: - The Program Manager will play a key role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) function working for the Head of Analytics Solutions Business. In this role, s/he will also work closely with stakeholder sub-teams; KPA Leadership, Global Managers/ Knowledge team managers, CKA staff and other functions. - The Program Manager will be expected to provide insights and recommendations in addition to their Program Manager role and will play a key part in changing our offerings to our clients and case teams. While the job includes a small component of traditional PMO responsibilities, the majority of work is project based and focused on making concrete and visible improvements within the client knowledge &amp; analytics organization. This is a new role, and as such the selected individual will be able to shape the position within key parameters. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES : - Plan and prioritize knowledge initiatives including developing work plans and team charters, clarifying priorities and creating an overall program plan. Play lead role on specific projects including providing content input and making recommendations, planning, analytics support and/or developing presentations as needed - Identify and resolve issues and provide guidance and support to working teams - Monitor progress of teams and projects, review output and provide a summarized view of progress and milestones and issues - Facilitate information flow via project structure - Manage logistics; including planning key meeting schedules and establishing regular communication channels among team/efforts - Ensure strong links across Analytics Solutions teams, Practice Areas and customers - May be involved in other key initiatives and efforts of the Knowledge Practice Area as needed. Leading all phases of diverse technology projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS : - Master's Degree or equivalent in business, or related field - 4-6 years work experience in related field, ideally as a management consultant. - Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels. - Knowledge of client Practice Areas and Knowledge Practice helpful - Some global travel required. Skills required: Exposure to Microsoft Technologies like C#, ASP.Net,MVC, Ajax,.Net framework,SQL,VB.Net,JQuery, Angularjs, Bootstrap KEY COMPETENCIES : Key competencies include those typical for a successful consultant with particular emphasis on: - Client consulting experience in PMO, transformation or related work - Organized and able to track and manage multiple, competing priorities - Integrates broad knowledge base beyond own function (client strategy, objectives, structures, processes and other functions) - Applies strong business skills and strong business judgment - Strong PowerPoint and presentations skills - Problem solving, analytical skills and decision making - Communication, interpersonal and teaming skills - Ability to work effectively with people at all levels through establishing positive, mutually respectful and productive working relationships. - Strong facilitation, network building and influencing abilities. Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential.
