Program Manager - IT

Managed by the Business Relationship Manager, your mission consists in:

- Collecting the Business needs and requirements. Challenging the requests. Performing a study taking the request to a viable, clear, and defined project. Expected deliverables are Users requirements, impact study, UAT organization, and change management.

- For each project, coordinate the communication between the Business teams, the project team, and the company IT (Group ISD) in charge of the technical setup. (in or out sourced).

- Considering the Information System life cycle, ensure the global system consistency. (At the BU level). Also ensure the requested evolutions relevance. Be accountable on the border effects management.

- Manage relationship with the suppliers, internally or externally. Handle the organization complexity.

- You are the entry point of the team in the Asian region. You cover India, Thailand, and Vietnam for us, but can also punctually handle projects in AMPA or EMEA.

- Your functional scope covers all the company' departments in Asia, on various ERPs (technical skills on this is not mandatory).
