Job Title: Program Manager/Business operation manager

Education: B.T/B.Tech or equivalent

Experience: 7+ years

Job Description:

- Strong Technical background in Project Delivery

- Good Business understanding.

- At senior leadership level, person should get to a closer view of problems and interaction with the teams

- Identifying new opportunities of revenue generation within existing account and work with external and internal stakeholders to expand business.

- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.

- Strong stake holder's management experience

- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services

- Analysis overall risk related to program/account

- Fixed Bid Program Management and Global Program Deliveries will be an added advantage

- Should have good experience on handling multiple teams and project management

- Tower domain knowledge preferred
