Program Manager - IT

Key Responsibilities:-

- Collaboration between various stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product teams.

- Identify and resolve dependencies between each team.

- Identify, assess and manage risks.

- Send daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly updates from each team to the management.

- Setup and manage collaboration calls between teams and send minutes of meetings with key action items.

- Track progress against weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for each team.

Qualifications:

1. An MBA from a reputable college

2. 4-7 years of program management in a startup

3. Stakeholder management and risk management skills.

4. Should have been Program Manager before at a startup.

5. Should be maniacal in tracking every call, every meeting, every action item.

6. Demonstrated the ability to work cross-functional teams: sales, customers, operations and engineering and delivered projects.

7. Knowledge of toolset (JIRA/Confluence)

8. Strong communication skills and experience working with highly technical management teams.

9. Strong attention to detail.

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
