Program Manager - IT

Role: Program Manager 

Experience: 12 to 16yrs

Job Description :

- Plan and Manage delivery of multiple projects/programs along with technical architects/SMEs.

- Manage external dependencies, maintain cross discipline co-ordination and communication.

- Re-planning/baselining to maintain expected outcomes, while managing scope and milestone changes.

- Manages risks, issues, assumptions and carries out project reporting to senior management

- Manage all aspects of project implementations including resource planning, tracking, course corrections.

- Drive process and quality initiatives across project teams

- Requirements Management (solutioning, tracking).

Mandatory Skills :

- Demonstrated leadership, communication, stakeholder management and team management skills

- At least 4+ years of experience in directly managing delivery projects of large scale.

- Strong experience in metrics based project execution

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with cross functional teams across multiple geographies

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

- Experience in projects on Java Tech Stack, DevOps Cloud, AI/ML

- Strong Agile experience and CMM knowledge with the ability to identify system/process gaps and correct them

- Experience in Java Stack based projects, CI/CD

- Proven experience in driving initiatives across organization or development teams related to quality, training, team building etc.

Desired Skills :

- PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile

- GRC Domain experience

- Delivery experience in Product based organization

Educational Qualifications Computer Science or equivalent / B.E./ B.Tech / MCA
