Program Manager - IT

Job Description :

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand business imperatives, product/operations, map business processes, identify opportunity areas, and carve out a solution

- Drive Key Strategic initiatives for the organization with a focus on growth, profitability, and outcomes.

- Ability to conceptualize solution features to achieve business objectives and outcomes. Formulate and design a strategy to drive business imperatives for Devkraft and the Client. Work closely with business process owners to document use cases

- Apply innovative ideas and intelligent delivery approaches to scale client engagement and drive the product roadmap

- Act as a thought partner in the prioritization and selection of business imperatives. This includes carrying out the cost-benefit evaluation, evaluation of tools and platforms mapped to the scope of activities identified

- Responsible for solution implementation at an enterprise scale. Deliver a project management program encompassing all the details of a project to the team members.

- Contribute to building roadmap and develop work breakdown structure for the automation deliverables

- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business process improvement & alignment strategy

- Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team

- Perform market and competitor research to understand industry trends and latest technology trends to define an optimal solution with differentiation

Desired Profile :

- 2+ Plus years of experience across business process consulting, project management, and product development space

- Knowledge and experience in the following areas- Product Management, Strategic Initiatives, Process mining & optimization, Program Management, Project and change management

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of product management, automation, and cognitive technologies

- Deep understanding of product development in a fast-paced environment taking a product through its complete lifecycle using lean and agile methodologies and delivering highly scalable and robust systems

- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- MBA from reputed college with a technical background ( B.Tech/BE or MTech) preferred
