Program Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product work flow based on strategy, milestones, by when

- Defining features of product UI

- Monitor deliverables, end to end coordination to ensure meeting deadlines / define milestones

- Post release tracking feedback from customer, require changes & bugs

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

- Deep understanding of customers, technology and competition, to then synthesize into product strategy

- Understand companies strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry

- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment, where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Require Key Skills :

- Only from Product Based Organization

- Analytical thinking & great problem solving skills

- Clear focus on customer/end user requirements

- Software Development Experience who would be keen to move to

- Product Management Role or 0-3 years Product Management experience with expert in Software Development / Coding

- Should have extensively worked into Coding, Software Development in past

- Experience into Global / International Product is must

- Natural leadership instincts with proven ability to innovate

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or media products

- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups

- Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired

- Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure

- Ability to build fruitful relationships and navigate cross functional teams towards achieving results
