Job Designation : Program Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of end-to-end project initiatives. This is a high-impact, a fast-paced role which needs someone who will be responsible for modeling complex problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities through the use of business intelligence, data mining and visualization techniques. You will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve problems, create operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

- Take end-to-end ownership of one or more projects

- Formulate, Organize and Monitor inter-connected projects across all Tracks

- Resolve project bottlenecks and challenges and ensure completion within stipulated timelines

- Define approach for all the actionable steps

- Decide deadlines, budgets and list of activities

- Work closely with cross functional teams such as Product, Business Finance, operations, etc. to drive the project to conclusion
