The team has already developed a prototype to demonstrate the potential and has started development of the first product.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our Founder's Office team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by leading various projects, conducting research, interfacing with customers, and contributing to sales efforts. Your attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, project management expertise, consulting background, and experience in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), climate, and sustainability will be key assets in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the areas of ESG, climate, and sustainability.

- Analyze data, generate insights, and provide recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

2. Customer Interface and Sales Support:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide solutions that align with their requirements.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.

- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the sales process as needed.

3. Detail-Oriented Approach:

- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, including project documentation, reports, and deliverables.

- Ensure accuracy and quality in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

4. Process Management:

- Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline project execution.

- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful completion of deliverables.

- Continuously assess and improve existing processes to drive operational efficiency.

5. Project Management:

- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project success.

6. Consulting Expertise:

- Leverage your previous consulting experience to provide strategic insights, advise key stakeholders, and support decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
