Program Manager - HR Technology
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in program management in HR technology.
- Good understanding of HR processes and technologies, including HRIS, talent management, and employee engagement tool.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
- Experience of providing strategic leadership and vision for the HR Technology Program
- Hands on experience in planning, execution, and delivery of a HR technology projects.
- Team management and stakeholder management
- Experience of creating program, dashboards.
- Should have you handled any change management initiative
- Hands on experience in developing and managing program budgets, and cost management.
