Program Manager - HR Consulting

The job holder is responsible for managing multiple complex high value projects through proper planning of resources and monitoring the progress of the project to ensure project profitability. The incumbent would be responsible for creating the design for delivery of an assignment. S/He is also responsible for co-facilitating sessions to deliver customer delight.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Exploring business leads resulting in a potential opportunity that gets converted. To conceptualize complex proposals for new business by coordinating efforts of team members and assisting senior leaders in business development initiatives for successful conversions. [35%]

2. To groom and develop team members and consultants in terms of consulting practices as well as personal growth. [15%]

3. To liaise with existing clients in order to maintain and strengthen bonds resulting in stronger relationship and repeat business. [15%]

4. To deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging on Right's expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative way, understanding stated and unstated client expectations and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews [35%].
