Program Manager - Healthcare

Job Responsibilities:

- The role is that of a hands-on engineering manager who is responsible for the implementation, delivery and deployment of the next generation remote healthcare delivery platform.

- The person is expected to take part in technical discussions, provide inputs for solution architecture & implementation, review deliverable, provide guidance

- Candidate will be responsible for mentoring his team apart from ensuring that the team is performing and going beyond expectations.

- The role gives one an opportunity to focus on what we call "deep innovation", be hands on and work at the frontiers of technology,.

Experience :

- Candidate should BE/ B.Tech with good educational Background. (MBA would be a Plus)

- Candidate should have Proven track record of around 13-15 years of delivering products and handling teams

- Candidate should be someone who was a developer early in their career and later moved to functional management.

- Candidate should have vast exposure on technology

- Candidate Must be hands on technology and coding

- Candidate should be Mature and he must have ability to mentor members

- He/She should have prior experience of Handling teams

- Prior knowledge of healthcare systems.
