Designation: Program Manager-Healthcare

Main responsibilities:

- Single accountable person from delivery side for a 20 Mn + portfolio

- Manage multiple projects in the program. There will be project managers (PMs) who will manage individual projects on a day to day basis. PMs will report into program manager and the program manager will be responsible for overall governance of the program

- Handle multiple horizontals to deliver unified solutions required by client

- Lead any conversation with clients regarding the program

- Identify and spearhead all transformational initiatives for various stream
