One Of the Leading E commerce organisation is Looking for Highly analytical & Program Management professional for the Position Of Program Manager Global Sales to be based out at Bangalore location.

Experience - 4+ Years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in a program / project management role.

Qualification -MBA From Tier 1 Institutes (IIM: ISB: SP Jain;NMIMS;FMS)

Target Industry - IT & IT Consulting

Experience - Program Management & Marketing

Responsibilities

- Work with sales teams,product teams to identify opportunities for improvement in all seller-facing products, systems and tools.

- Define program road map based on the strategy and vision.

- Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success.

- Dive deep to understand areas of standardization and optimization across programs; translate findings into business requirements.

- Write Business requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the development teams.

- Manage the entire life cycle of a multiple projects within a program.

- Evangelize the Program with the sellers, internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption.

- Tie up with vendors for quick resolution of Global Selling Challenges.

- Experience in B2C marketing.

- Experience in Global Trade Business
