Program Manager - General Management/Operations/Sales/Analytics - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS/IIT/NIT

About the role: Program Manager

As a program manager, you will be working closely with the senior management to strategize and ideate long term and short term initiatives for our clients and then work with the stakeholders in the party/government to get them implemented. The role is similar to those in a general management consultancy firm. Specifically, here are some of the day-to-day responsibilities that you will handle:

- Head, primary and secondary research to understand the recent situation in the geographies where our clients operate

- Strategize and ideate long term and short term action plan for the clients, along with the senior management

- Create project plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements etc. for project implementation

- Head a team comprising of associate program managers and functional experts to ensure timely execution of projects

- Showcase pro-active stakeholder management to ensure long-term relationship of the firm with our clients at the state and national level

In terms of educational background, skills and experience, we expect that:

- You are an undergraduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, DU, BITS, NLU, IIM, ISB, TISS, etc.)

- You have 3-8 years of experience in the field of general management, operations, sales, analytics etc.

- You are comfortable working with Microsoft office tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power-point
