About the Role We are looking for energetic and highly driven individuals to accelerate the continued growth of Futurense Technologies. The role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans,- ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. The mentioned profile is a Leadership role - the person should be excited about handling new projects and willing to take ownership. Responsibilities 1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects 2. Ensure that all projects- are delivered- on time within scope and within budget 3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability and allocation 4. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs 5. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 6. Report and escalate to management as needed 7. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders 8.Perform risk management to- minimize- project risks 9. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors 10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 11. Playing a crucial role in the growth of the company's client base, attracting new customers and creating strategic partnerships with prospective clients and other stakeholders 12. Together with the Head of Business Development driving the business development strategy 13. Taking the responsibility for opening new markets and increasing company's market penetration 14. Have been responsible for the end-to-end client relationship 15. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Who should apply? The eligibility criteria for the job posting mentioned are for the people who have: 1. 0-5 years of relevant experience in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis with educational qualifications, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Intelligence, or an equivalent domain- from a Tier 1 institute 2. Ability to define processes and manage operations and Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation and organization 3. Work experience in early-stage start-ups or founding experience or a consulting firm is a plus. 4. Strong operational and analytical abilities, knowledge of sales performance Metrics, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders 5. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills 6. To be able to intelligently question and consult with professionals of all levels 7.
