- Create an ongoing program for different lending partners on the platform as per their needs and strategic importance. - Prioritize and detail out key strategic initiatives from execution perspective. - Liaise with the central teams of the lenders to drive new initiatives and iron out operational hassles. - Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners. Qualifications/Desired Attributes: Education : Engineering degree from IITs/NITs or Management degree from a Tier-1 institute. - Good communication skills and relationship management. - Hustler with a go-getter attitude. - Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities. - High levels of motivation, energy &amp; drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
