Your responsibilities - Use problem solving and analytics to structure a solution for the initiative - Roll-out skeletal test versions and use learning and insights from test phase to iterate - Drive the journey of initial resourcing, set-up, training, soft launch, go live, iteration and stabilization and deliver on key milestones as part of the initiative/project plan - Work with cross-functional teams on technology and resource requirements - Share insights with the management team for product &amp; process iterations - Scale the initiative/project across geographies - Handover the initiative/project post stabilization and ensure business continuity Apply if - You have an engineering degree from IIT/NIT/BITS - You have 1+ years of experience preferably in startups - You are creative, a high-hustler and have a get-stuff-done attitude - You have high levels of motivation, energy and drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
