Program Manager - Fintech

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, define, represent and communicate program strategy and vision in line with the business' long-term goals.

- Deliver world class experience and change how Business institutions look at Insurance

- Understand and bridge the gap that exists between regulatory requirements around Insurance and what Business institutions today use, by creating innovative programs that make the overall management of the Insurance lifecycle more robust

- Create and Manage the complete program lifecycle management from concept to execution to deployment for the program(s) across all products/product lines.

- Understanding of technology, program development, program management, program planning.

- Use the existing Assurekit platform and design programs in sandbox to drive innovative projects

- Collaborate with highly skilled engineering, data science and business teams

- Evangelise new programs with marquee enterprise customers

- Influence business and industry practices by driving innovations

- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience working as a Program Manager for B2B enterprise SaaS applications. Freshers eager to learn and grow are also welcome to apply.

- Strategic thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving overall revenue and organizational growth.

- Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external & internal stakeholders

- An effective communicator

- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment by having superior prioritization and time management skills.

- Previous experience in working as a Software developer or Tester is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages like Python is a plus

- Knowledge or experience in Business Intelligence Software ( like Tableau, Zoho Analytics etc.) is a plus

- Team players who are able to adjust their approach towards people based on requirements

- Knowledge of how insurance processes and past experience in working on insurance applications is a plus.
