Responsibility :
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, in collaboration with various functional departments
- Track deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines throughout the project process
- Track project team meetings & provide timely status updates to senior leadership
- Establish & maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather project insights & updates
- Report project outcomes and/ or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed- escalating issues as necessary, based on project work plans
- Maintain daily agenda & drive initiatives
- Identify processes & activities to improve thereby overseeing project development
