Program Manager - Equipment Leasing & Sourcing Firm

- Demonstrating our company values at all times, while growing revenue and profit.

- Becoming the key point of contact for several large lessee clients whom you will provide program management support.

- Managing the Lease vs. Buy, Request for Proposal, and Pricing Analysis Report processes to efficiently deliver the information our clients need to improve their overall equipment leasing initiatives, both domestically and internationally.

- Becoming an expert on the company's app, our web-based lease management tool, so that you can effectively manage, support, and train our clients and lessors.

- Managing the documentation process for our clients and lessor partners where required.

- Engaging with our lessor partners, both domestically and internationally, in the recruitment and registration processes; providing assistance and support during RFP submission; coordination of the relationship between our clients and lessors.

- Providing complete and timely forecasting support to management as needed.

- Understanding international leasing marketplaces and supporting our business processes wherever our clients may ask us to go.

- Providing back-up and cross training support to other team members as needed.

- Provide phone and verbal support to lessors that want to join our GLN and provide bids for our clients. Manage the accuracy of our database.

- Provide back up support to US colleagues, which gives company up to 24-hour coverage.

- Understanding our clients' existing equipment leasing processes, controls, policies, and procedures (PCPP), migrating them to the destination "best practices" PCPP.

- Consulting with our clients regarding all aspects of equipment leasing decision support in order to continuously protect their interests.

- Exploring and discovering opportunities for additional revenue from Transaction Success

- Collaborating with our Professional Services, Operations and Engineering teams to assist with continuously improving the client experience by creating and refining our internal processes and defining and prioritizing so
