Program Manager - eLearning Startup - IIT/NIT/BITS/ IIM/ MDI/FMS

Responsibilities

- Keep a tap on the training funnel to check where students getting left behind.

- Regularly evaluate submissions of students and give them feedback.

- Regularly call & message students to deep-dive into problems.

- Solve student queries on student CRM.

- Craft and send motivational notifications.

- Own graduation and placement rate:

- Reduce the drop-off from the training funnel for various courses.

- Make job-seekers job-ready and get them placed in good companies.

Qualifications

- 2-5 Years of experience as a program manager or in running client business operations

- Must have experience with an internet startup

- Must be from Tier 1 college - IIT/NIT/BITS/ IIM/ MDI/FMS

- Must have experience with stakeholder management
