Responsibilities : - Define and execute the project plan, secure resources and manage implementation - Identify and analyze data to isolate issues and improve selling partner experience - Dynamically lead business and product teams to define and deliver solutions to establish standard processes and quality experiences - Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels to improve processes and experiences - Scale existing programs to expand coverage of existing services or programs - Maximize resource utilization for the greater good of the organization Requirements : - You have an engineering degree/MBA from a premium school - You have 3+ years of work experience preferably in E-commerce or Start-up - You have willingness to learn, innovate and take initiative - You think beyond conventional dogma and able to work in a flat organisation - You are an expert in multitasking and comfortable with tactical execution - You are innovative in finding solutions to business problems
