Your Responsibilities: - Partner with Product / Business / Tech owners and Operation Leaders in understanding long-term capabilities / initiatives that needs to be managed in-line with the Organisational strategic choices. - Own and execute E2E (starting with solutioning till go-live) one or more top level key strategic initiatives on need basis partnering with senior leadership team - Besides managing and executing Strategic Programs, you will at times also need to drive the Strategy Setting & Review exercises like OKR Finalisation, Quarterly/Monthly OKR Reviews You (Must Haves): - Good business understanding of eCom industry and hands-on experience in driving complex strategic initiatives - Very strong people skills: ability to influence people, negotiate and be unflustered in crucial conversations - Strong understanding of program management: get complex things done in an effective way. - Ability to - get right things done- that are in line with Values - Strong affinity for data based decision making; adept at designing useful measurements - Ability to thrive in an evolving environment and ability to deal with lack of clarity and vagueness.
