Program Manager– eCommerce Store Operations
Job Description - Responsibilities
- Take leadership role in independently managing eCommerce Operations.
- Independently handle multiple clients – establish self as a valued partner.
- Collaborate with Quality team in identifying process gaps, in planning end to end fixes and in leading execution to meet six sigma quality.
- Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations
- Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
- Lead team size of 100 plus people –lead hiring, training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etc
- Help knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within and across teams
- Implement process health check through metric dashboards and put in place watertight process governance.
- Minimize program dependence on self and other key members
Background & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Operations or Online Operations or Sales & Marketing Operations
- Strong business understanding of hi- tech manufacturing/retail/leisure or travel industries
- Needs to work US shifts
- Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
- Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred
