Program Manager - Digital Analytics - BPO/KPO

- Lead Analytics program delivery for multiple Global Fortune 500 clients across multiple domains and functional areas.

- Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope.

- Work in partnership with Analytics CoE/ Innovation team as well as US/Europe based onshore consultants and drive seamless integration of offshore and onshore delivery teams.

- Support development of next generation analytics solutions / products.

- Conduct workshops and pilots at client location for existing and new clients. Should be ready to travel for significant number of days in a year.

- Work closely with Business leads and business development team to convert new opportunities

- Build domain expertise (service line and industry) and lead from the front

- Responsible for P&L activity.
