Key Accountabilities :
The scope of the accountabilities of the role includes :
1. Grant Lifecycle Management.
a. Oversee end-to-end processes from grant concept to evaluation.
b. Ensure grant strategies align with organisational goals.
2. RFP Development and Management:
a. Lead creation and posting of compelling RFPs.
b. Collaborate on content to attract high-quality proposals.
3. Due Diligence and Risk Management:
a. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential grants.
b. Develop risk mitigation strategies for compliance.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
a. Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
b. Facilitate due diligence calls to assess proposal alignment.
5. Onboarding and Program Implementation:
a. Lead onboarding of successful grantees.
b. Collaborate to monitor and support grant-funded projects.
Functional Details:
Key qualifications and experiences :
Education : Graduation in any relevant field.
Prior Experience : 3 - 4 Years in the development sector, pref. 1 yr in a leadership role.
Other Requirements : Undiluted passion for the development sector.
Language Proficiency : English, Hindi, Marathi
Key Performance Indicators :
1. Documentation of the entire process and applicants
2. End-to-end management of the grant planning and disbursal system
3. Communication closure with concerned stakeholders - Trustees, Grantees, etc.
4. Seamless conduction of all the events and field activities
