In this role, you'll play a key role in designing our marketing strategy and thought leadership programs that can drive demand and accelerate revenues across different geos, industry verticals, and market segments.

Think of yourself as the 'Chief Orchestrator' within the marketing team!

Responsibilities

- Understand ideal buyer personas, their goals and challenges, and define solutions that position the Client suite of products optimally within a focus segment.

- Develop a comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategy for each customer segment, geography and industry vertical.

- Translate the marketing strategy into funnel-focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers.

- Own P & L of the marketing programs - engagement, leads and revenue.

- Analyze program data, drive insights, report to the right stakeholders and develop constant improvement strategies to achieve overall targets for the team.

- Constant evaluation of new channels and account based marketing strategies and tactics to drive enterprise demand generation goals

- Work closely to develop content, design, targeting and channel strategies while working with appropriate teams for execution.

- Giving actionable feedback to content & design for continuous improvements.

- Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research and commercial awareness.

Given that you'll be planning & orchestrating critical omni-channel marketing programs, you'll collaborate with multiple business teams in and outside of the marketing function:

- Performance Marketing

- Web Experience & SEO

- Product Marketing

- Field Marketing

- Content & Brand

- Email Marketing

- Inside Sales

- Field Sales

You'll be responsible to make sure all the channels fire optimally - brainstorm channel practices, equip channel owners with the right tools and constantly evaluate each channel metrics to drive better outcomes.

Performance Metrics

- Number of 'Sales Qualified Leads' & 'Opportunities'

- Cost Per Opportunity & Customer Acquisition Cost

- Other Channel Based Conversion Metrics
